Who handles the data

Browsing

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., United States). Like any server, it logs technical data about visits (IP address, browser, requested page) to run and protect the site. GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: GitHub's privacy statement.

Fonts and images are served by the site itself: no requests to Google Fonts or other external services.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising.

It uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which pages get read. It runs only if you click "Accept" in the banner: before that it is not even loaded. With your consent, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (lasting up to 2 years). Data is kept for 14 months, is not used for advertising and may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: Google's privacy policy.

Your choice (accept or not) is stored in your browser (localStorage, key consenso-analytics), so the banner does not come back on every page. You can change it anytime: reopen the cookie banner, or use the "Cookie" link at the bottom of every page.

Free drumkit

To download the drumkit I ask for a name (or alias) and an email, with your explicit consent. I use them to send you the link and, once in a while, news from the studio. The form is run by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the data in the European Union. It stays there until you unsubscribe: there is a link at the bottom of every email, or just write to me. Details: Brevo's privacy policy.

Contact

If you write to me by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, I use your data only to reply and, if we work together, for the service and invoicing. WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram have their own privacy policies.

Content from other services

The Spotify playlist player (Spotify AB, Sweden) loads only if you start it: from then on Spotify may set its own cookies. Links to other sites (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, the manufacturers mentioned in the tips) take you away from here, where their own policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent (articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the GDPR). Just write to offlmtsrecordingstudio@gmail.com. If you think your data is being mishandled you can complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
